Call Center Agent
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma III of any discipline from reputable universities with GPA min 2.75 scale 4
- Female or male are encourage to apply
- Must have work experience as a call center agent or a customer service officer at least 6 months (it’s a must)
- Having good interpersonal skill
- Having good communication skill
- Must have good telephone manner
- Must have high patience
- Must have good English ability (both spoken and written) (it’s a must)
- Must able to operate computer and computer program (word, excel) (it’s a must)
- Must have fast typing skill (it’s must)
- Must have pleasant attitude and behaviour

Call Center Team Leader
Requirements:
Min. Diploma III of any discipline from reputable universities with GPA min 2.75 scale 4
- Female or male are encourage to apply
- Must have work experience as a call center agent or a customer service officer at least 2 years and as a call center team leader or a customer service team leader at least 1 year (it’s a must)
- Must have good leadership
- Able to make good report and be responsible to the report that already made.
- Having good interpersonal skill
- Having good communication skill
- Must have good telephone manner
- Must have high patience
- Must have good English ability (both spoken and written) (it’s a must)
- Must able to operate computer and computer program (word, excel) (it’s a must)
- Must have fast typing skill
- Must have pleasant attitude and behaviour
