CRM Customer Retention and Loyalty Division (GM)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Developing Loyalty Program For Customer based on segmentation
  • Monitoring and Minimizing Churn Customers
  • Maintaining Customer Database and CRM Application ( Statistics, Siebel, Customer Data Warehouse, etc)
  • Designing Marketing Research through variety methods which in line with Marketing Strategic

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Male, Below 38 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics System or Technology from reputable University
  • Have 2 Years experience as Customer Loyalty or 1 Year as IT min. in Managerial Level
  • Good Analytical as well as conceptual Skill
  • Detail, Creative and Customer Oriented Person
  • Fluent in English (Both written and oral)
  • Excellent Computer skills (Oracle, SQL, PL / SQL, Ms. Office)
  • Willing to work under pressure
