IT Infrastructure – Performance (Supervisor)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

IT Infrastructure Performance Management

Perform all critical IT Infrastructure Network Elements performance

evaluation such as
+ CDMA IP Core Network
+ VoIP gateway
+ Long Distance IP connection Performance
+ Critical IP Core Network Elements Performance such as :
+ Critical Service Server Elements Performance such as :
+ Security & Fraud analysis

Determine IT Infrastructure NEs occupancy/capacity threshold

Perform IT Infrastructure NEs occupancy analysis

Monitor and generate alerting if threshold value is reached. And provide

recommendation.

Monitor and generate alerting if there is anomaly in IT Infrastructure

NEs performance statistics

Provide routine and on demand report:

+ Performance and Capacity Report
+ Trend capacity report
+ Sumary KPI report
+ Reliability Report

Supervising the team of IT Infrastructure Performance staff

Generate Reporate in periodic basis

REQUIREMENTS :

Male or Female, Max. 30 years old

Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics , Telecommunication Technology, or

Mathemathics from reputable University

Have experience 2 Years as IT Based Company Majoring in system analyst

High severity problem management and escalation

Hands on exposure in managing IT Server based system (such as IN, SMSC, RBT,

etc), Core Routers, Switches, etc

Understanding of web programming concepts and practices (examples: ASP.NET,

Coldfusion, XML, Web Services, CSS)

Understanding of database software: SQL Server, MySQL.

Familiarity with Windows, Linux and Solaris operating systems.

Perl and PHP programming

Familirity with windows, Linux and solaris operating Systems, Perl and PHP

Programming, Cisco Routers, Switces and Firewalls.

Excellent Knowledge of networking technology such us IPSec, PPTP, BGP, HSRP

and Multicast

Willing to work under pressure
