PERSYARATAN :

Merealisasikan target penjualan segment SME secara nasional
Mengkoordinir Supervisor Business Segment diarea Jakarta dan serta secara matrix mengkoordinir sales segment SME berkordinasi dengan Manager Business Segment di cabang-cabang wilayah kerja Bakrie Telecom
Mengimplemennasikan Sales Program untuk segment SME, antara lain CUG Postpaid dan Prepaid, Bundling dengan Handset, Wifone, Wimode, dll.
Coaching dan Counselling kepada team SME baik di office untuk strategi maupun turun ke field untuk implementasi strategi.
Membuat market analisa kompetitor, analisa program SME dan mengusulkan ide baru untuk bisa diimplementasikan serta laporan Sales mingguan
Bertanggung jawab kepada GM Business Segment.
Membawahi 3 orang Supervisor Business Segment di Jakarta.

Engineering Plan – Product & Services (Supervisor)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

New System Planning for IN, SMSC, Convergance Billing, Services Gateway, Enhanced Voice Applications, Open Charging Gateway, SMS Based Application, OTAF and other VAS Products
Follow Up latest Technology trend to develop services already existing and obtain new services from different parties and optimizing them to other operator needs
Prepare, lead and execute RFP document with other Teams within the company in order to conduct procurement process
Conduct and provide through analysis for all products system integration process
Develop test case and ATP plan to support project management team on system rollout
Deliver recommendation for system re-dimensioning or expansion based on current and future trend traffic statistics from performance monitoring team
Doing Market Study and analysis for the right platforms to support PSE and PD Programs
Supporting PMO and Manage services teams on solving function
Continuously exploring and or enhacing all BTEL’s products feature

REQUIREMENTS :

Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor degree of Electro Technology
Have experience 3 Years as IN, SMSC ( Prefer from Telecommunication Industry)
Familiar with GSM, CDMA , SS7, IS-41, WIN, SMSC, TCPIP Networking
Fluent in English ( Reporting, written and oral )
Excellent with Computer skills ( UNIX, Linux, Windows )
Willing to work under Pressure
