• IT - NOC DATA SUPPORT ( Supervisor )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performance data support
• Perform statistic data availability and reliability
• Collect raw data from each NES , and provide statistic data in uniform / general format
• Perform network performance server capacity and reliability
• Archiving and rebuilding data sets and files
• Maintain scheduled / routline report delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics , Telecommunication Technology, or Mathemathics from reputable University
• Have 2 years experience as IT Based company, majoring in file and database management and system analyst
• High severity problem management and escalation
• Excellent knowledge of server, OS, Data Storage
• Hands on exposure in managing raw data from network element
• Understanding of web programming concepts and practices ( ASP.NET, Coldfusion, XML, Web Services, CSS )
• Understanding of database software: SQL Server, MySQL
• Familirity with windows, Linux and solaris operating Systems, Perl and PHP Programming

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform data service network elements performance evaluation such us PDSN, EVDO, AAA, 3rd party and enterprise data communication, Inter-Node element connectivity and data link, security and fraud analysis
• Determine Core data services Nes occupancy / capacity threshold
• Monitor and generate alerting if threshold value is reached and provide recommendation
• Monitor and generate alerting if there is anomaly in core data service Nes performance statistic / trend and provide recommendation
• Provide routline and on demand ( Performance and capacity report, Trend capacity report, Summary KPI report and Reliability Report

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics, Telecommunication Technology, or Mathemathics from reputable University
• Have 2 years experience as IT Based company, and system analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Measuring Existing Services ( Voice, SMS, Top Up Data, CRBT etc ) and POI ( Test Call from / and to any operator ) Regularly
• Ensuring that any new services, Network Elements and POI are OK prior to commercially launch

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics, Telecommunication Technology, from reputable University
• Have experience 2 Years as IT Network Operation and Maintenance ( Prefer from Telecommunication Industry)
• Familiar with CDMA Network Concept, CDMA Operation
• Fluent in English (Both written and oral )
• Excellent with Computer skills
• Willing to work under Pressure
