Saat ini operator seluler di Indonesia sedang seru-serunya perang tarif. Ada yang Rp 0,1 / detik, ada yang Rp 1 /menit, ada yang pede abis sampai yang gratisan di satu menit pertama. Selain perang tarif mereka juga perang layanan dan juga perang iklan, seperti hal-nya gambar disamping. Gambar yang entah berasal dari mana ini sedang ramai beredar di dunia maya. Kondisi perang tarif ini banyak menguntungkan pelanggan akan tetapi tidak sedikit orang dibuat bingung olehnya, sampai-sampai pemerintah berencana membuat peraturan untuk mengatur semua ini. Sebelum ramai perang tarif telepon, para operator seluler sebelumnya ramai perang tarif sms. Entah kenapa sekarang mereka bermain di tarif telepon. Tapi saya pribadi, masih bersikukuh dengan yang sebelumnya, dari pada sms-an lebih baik chatting lewat HP menggunakan Instant Messaging, dan kalau nantinya Indonesia punya bandwidth yang yahud and murah meriah saya lebih memilih VoIP.
2-3 tahun yang lalu saya sempat ikut menikmati semua ini, bahkan sampai saat ini
. Sampai-sampai satu nomor yang pertama kali saya pakai hilang.
Untungnya saya masih bisa minta SIM card baru untuk nomor yang sama. Dan sekarang saya punya 2 nomor tetap dengan operator yang berbeda diman penggunaannya tergantung siapa yang akan dihubungi. Kembali ke perang antar operator seluler, saya merasakan beberapa keuntungan dan kerugian, yang bikin sebel dibagian yang rugi *ya iyalah, namanya juga rugi
*, saya mengalami yang namanya handphone rusak, kena semprot atasan gara mereka bingung untuk menghubungi saya, komunikasi dengan keluarga di Bandung semakin berkurang dan dompet ngga berasa cepet tipis gara2 ga mau ketinggalan nikmati ajang promosi para operator, tapi yang paling parah temen-temen pada ngilang, mereka pikir saya ganti nomor.
Cukup dengan perang tarif, sebenarnya saya lebih tertarik dengan design web site masing-masing operator, ada yang masih belum berubah, ada yang dengan format dan wajah baru, ada yang ‘memang‘ baru dan ada lagi yang tidak bisa saya akses dibandingkan dengan kondisi terakhir saya berkunjung ke tempat mereka. MANAGED SERVICES HEAD OF NETWORK OPERATION (CODE: MS – HNO)

To lead and develop the Solution Architect team and ensure competence, utilization and deliverables are performed in high quality and excellence Specific Requirements: Background in the technical sales & consultancy capacity in the telecommunication industry, specifically in the area of IN, VAS, Mediation, Messaging, 3G Application & Multimedia Solid experience in leading and developing people and teams.
2. CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER – MULTIMEDIA & SYSTEM

3. REGIONAL SOLUTION INTEGRATOR IN & CHARGING

5. MANAGE SERVICES PROCESS AND QUALITY MANAGER

6. SOLUTION INTEGRATOR for MVV (CODE: NS-MVV)

Specific Requirement: Proven experience on the specific implementationarea of Intelligent Network or Radio Network (PS- Radio). Good understanding of cellular telecommunication networks and technologies on various networks and systems (GSM, GPRS, UMTS, IN) and associated signaling protocols, end user equipment, standards, applicable test toolse.g. Protocol Analyzer. Prepared for international travel.
7. NETWORK & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING
Within the specific area (radio, core or transport), to deliver network design& performance improvement services and to provide technical support incustomer discussions and respond to queries related to network designand optimization.
Basic Requirements: Hands on experience in services delivery in network planning and optimization activities; Solid and strong background in GSM/GPRS/CDMA/WCDMA system; Highly developed knowledge ofnetwork design and network performance techniques; Highly developed knowledge in radio/core/transport planning and optimization tools.
7.a RADIO ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: RND/NPI)
Able to perform network dimensioning & design, frequency plans, features & parameter setting, tuning & optimization activities in live network, analysis of measurement result, and radio network optimisation in different environment.
7.b CORE ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: CND/NPI)
Experience in the area of digital switching systems (e.g. AXE) and in Circuit-Switched domain or Packet-Switched, Signalling (No. 7) network, Detail Network Configuration/setting, Nodes & Links & interfaces Dimensioning, Network Impacts Studies/analysis for different SW/HW release.
7.c TRANSPORT ND/NPI ENGINEER (CODE: TND/NPI)
Able to perform capacity/traffic dimensioning, network topology design, node and link dimensioning, choice of transmission media & equipment network impact studies, field survey and site selection support, network operation & management systems, transmission network optimisation.
8. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Support engineer responsible in handling customer complaints and service requests from customers, provide pro-active support, participates inproduct/system introduction and rollouts and maintain good relationship with customers. The ideal candidates are one who willing to work outside normal office hour, having Ericsson product skills and excellent troubleshooting competences in following details:
8.a SUPPORT ENGINEER – MSS (CODE: SE – MMS)
MGw and MSC Server (3G Core Nodes), Core Network Analysis, and all call flows. Having knowledge on multivendor standard, such as signalling, interworking, etc.
8.b SUPPORT ENGINEER – TMS/NMS (CODE: SE – TMS)
Unix (SUN Solaris) system administration, Veritas (Volume Manager &Netbackup), Database Administration (experience in Sybase / Oracle willbe a plus value). Deep knowledge in Telecommunication Management System concept, preferably has experience working with Ericsson OSS,NMS (Temip, HP OV, Formula), CORBA, SNMP, LDAP, Versant, programming / scripting (JAVA, PHP, Shell script).
8.c SUPPORT ENGINEER – Transmission (CODE: SE – TRM)
Microwave, PDH, SDH and fibre optic, having deep knowledge inTransmission troubleshooting, fault analysis and experience in installation work is preferable, willing to travel to remote area is a must.
8.d SUPPORT ENGINEER – MultiMediation (CODE: SE – MMD)
UNIX (Sun Solaris) System Administration, VERITAS (Clustering and Storage), TCP/IP, Diameter and experience in Programming Language(C++ equivalent, Bash script).

Baru-baru ini banyak media ramai membicarakan hasil sementara Komisi Pengawas dan Persaingan Usaha (KKPU). Hasil temuan KKPU bahwa berdasarkan skema Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia ongkos produksi sms adalah Rp. 75. Lalu apa yang membuat angka ini berubah menjadi Rp 250 - 350 ? Hal ini masih ditelusuri oleh KKPU.
Apabila nantinya tarif sms memang berubah menjadi Rp 75,-, saya tetap memilih Instant Messaging (IM) atau lebih dikenal dengan chatting menggunakan HP. Pengalaman pribadi saya, dalam satu hari minimal 20 kali saya mengirim sms. 20 sms itu baru untuk “someone special”, belum keluarga, teman dan lainnya. Sebenarnya bila dompet ini cukup tebal, saya lebih memilih telepon *semoga semuanya akan lebih baik*. Kembali ke 20 sms, dengan 20 sms berarti minimal sehari saya habiskan pulsa 20×75=1500. Hmmm … Coba bandingkan dengan pengalaman saya saat perjalanan ke semarang, dengan modal Rp 1200, saya bisa chatting seharian dan itupun masih berlanjut di hari berikutnya. Senangnya … Semoga tarif telekomunikasi di Indonesia lebih dan semakin murah lagi :mrgreen:
